Unable to power on VM on ESXi 5.1

Hi,

I am running ESXi 5.1.

I copied a whole VM to my ESXi 5.1 and added the .vmx file to the inventory. But when powering on the VM getting the following error:

I am also attaching the .vmx file. Please help me to solve this issue..
